One client on his first appointment proved he’s sneaky and can’t be trusted. Subsequently, I have an associate who will not see him again. Nothing dangerous happened, he merely thought he was clever in trying to convince an associate she should go independent and then see him. What he failed to understand is, she was highly offended by this and told me immediately after the call, as they always do.
PARTIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1) Treat my associates with respect, period! If something is NOT on the menu don’t push it. If you make them uncomfortable they will NOT see you again and you’ll piss me off.

2) Do not solicit associates to see you outside of the agency. These women choose US for a reason; do you really think they are going to see you outside the established parameters? It wont happen no matter how much money you throw around. Therefore, do not hand out cards, give your number or ask for theirs. This is a rule violation and I will find out about it because there are no secrets between us (myself and the associate), you can count on them to tell me.

3) None of these women need saving do not embarrass your self by implying or attempting to. I promise you they ALL find it insulting, condescending and you will NOT be the exception.

4) Associates personal lives are just that “personal”, do not cross that boundary line. There will be subjects that are not open for discussion, therefore respect it and don’t push it.

5) Do not attempt to insinuate yourself into their personal life, we can and often will consider this stalking. As others in the past have found out if you give me cause to think you’re stalker we will protect our associate by any means necessary. Nuff said.

6) Cancellations need to happen no later than one hour before an appointment.

7) No call, no shows are not acceptable and one of several forms of disrespect.

For example, if you think you might have time 3 pm tomorrow but not completely sure and will not know till noon the next day, then call me the day before and let me know. We can then book a tentative appointment subject to you letting us know by X time so our associate can accommodate you. A few of you keep waiting until the last minute to try and get lucky and frankly you are failing continuously.

I understand the demands of unstable schedules, I have one, however doing the same-thing over and over and expecting different results, we all know that that is. I suggest you last minute people, try the pencil in approach, it may work better for you.
